Just not my day

Today especially isn't my day.

I felt so left out and sort of betrayed. I feel like a total donkey. I'm going through what others are going through but how come I do not get what the others have? I'm only human and I do have feelings. Do I not deserve good treatments? I do get tired and I do get upset. Do I not deserve a good break in life? I too will get sad and disappointed when I don't feel I'm important to a person. Do I not once deserve to feel good?

There are people that will never appear in your life if they don't feel you are useful. However, when such people needs you, they can even worship you till you're no longer useful again.

Today, again isn't my day because I know today that I won't be able to bowl tomorrow.

Today is just not my day because I know my sister isn't the type of sister I wish I could have.

Today isn't my day because I am a donkey.

Today isn't my day because I have to spend my resources on things that will never be mine and probably no one will appreciate it even.

Today isn't my day because I felt being used and taken advantage upon.

Whatever happened today, it's just the past. Tomorrow is a new day! Everyday is a new day when you'll never know what to expect. :)

When you are pushed to the limits

I believe all if not most of us will have experienced pressure given by family, peers and others. For me, it's more like having your patience tested. It's devastating to have yourself being cornered till you have no where to run or hide. Then probably you'll explode and turn into a different person. Time and time again when you're being taken advantage on, you'll feel stupider till one day you'll wake up realising what a fool you've always been. However, not everybody will have that 'WAKING UP' chance. Besides that, certain people may have already realised that he/she is being taken advantage on but just try to act normal or rather ignore the fact. So, do not take advantage on others. They may be your friend, family or even strangers and you will never know when you need them.

Taking advantage on others will definitely have more cons than pros. Firstly, you may loose a friend. You may loose a helping hand. You even may loose respect from others. Your reputation may be affected (rumours go around fast) and etc. etc.

As a person, we shouldn't be too demanding. We have to act and behave moderately. It's always easier said than done. I probably have this problem but of course, I will never stop to improve myself. However, these are just my thoughts. I realised, at times, people won't reveal to you right in the face on your faults but there'll be tell tale signs. We should be aware and be sensitive with our environment. Probably we should always put ourself into other person's shoes. If we do not want to be treated in a way, then we shouldn't treat others so. I personally will try not to give others trouble/problem to worry about because I don't like the feeling. It's more like feeling guilty and worry about what others will think of me.

Again, it's easier said than done. No one is perfect and I definitely have done something wrong to have make others unhappy. Of course, I'll try my best to be a better person. :)

Enough about opinions. Today, again I went bowling. This time I didn't score well. I only managed an average of 157.3. Sad sad day.

P/s: Why should you be so secretive? If you so don't want me to know anything then you don't have to pretend to maintain this friendship. I'm sorry but I'm in a NOT SO WELL mood.

Taman Connaught Pasar Malam (Night Market)

It has been quite a while since I last visited Connaught Night Market (Cheras). Now that I'm free, me and Dave went there last night. One of the reason I went was to buy my sis a doll I've promised.

I can't stop laughing looking at this CJ7. So cacat!! But then it's way cheaper here and it's not much different from those selling in the shops.

As usual, night markets are warm and crowded. I didn't buy anything for myself except FOOD. I saw a stall selling something new which is SNOW ICE (shaved ice) in a variety of flavours. So, I gave it a try. They have mango, durian, red bean, sour plum, sour sop, corn and chocolate. I tried Durian (big fan of durian) and it was not too bad except it was quite light in their flavouring. Their flavouring is not as strong as the one from Mill Wheel. However, the price here is cheaper and the portion is also larger. Each bowl cost Rm2.50. Thus, no complaint on their shaved ice in comparing the price difference.

On the other hand, I spotted 2 cuties at the Pasar Malam which were a Husky and a raccoon. Here are the pictures:

This husky's size is huge.

It is very obedient even when it spotted a cat, it doesn't spawn or bark. He listens to his owner.

So cute but at the same time it looks so pitiful. So adorable

It is playful, kept climbing and crawling around the cage

Naughty fellow, I just want to grab it and play with it.

Tiring Monday!

It's a tiring day as I went for bowling. However, I didn't quite enjoy it as I wasn't playing as usual. My bro and I are still figuring what went wrong. Both of us didn't get that usual feel. Anyway, despite all that, I manage an average of 176.4 (165 + 154 + 175 + 212) which indicates that I've improve a lil' ever since I got my new ball. :) I hope I can play better. Dad, I have another 200 to be added into the list for this year!

Before bowling, I hung out with the girls, Mich & Mel. Unfortunately, Pui Yen wasn't able to join us else we'll be hanging out like the usual us ever since our foundation years. I bought nothing but I am still considering on whether to purchase the necklace that I was attracted to. It is an onyx stone. Ever since I purchased a necklace gemstone (unfortunately I've forgotten the type of semi-precious stones on the necklace), I can't seem to stop being attracted to their beauty. I was never a gemstone lover and I'm yet to learn more about them.

We had lunch at IKEA and I didn't like the chicken chop so much today. Probably it was the texture of the chicken which was a bit hard or maybe I wasn't hungry then. As usual, I bought curry puffs. We didn't go around much as the time was limited. We were supposed to meet at 11.30 am but Mel had some errands to deal with and thus the meeting was delayed to 1.30 pm.

As I'm posting, I'm feeling sleepy. I think I better have a nap else I won't be sleeping tonight which I don't wish that to happen. Ciao for now!

My collections

I've been planning to rearrange my collections for quite a while ever since I've bought new ones to be added into my current ones. However, it's already 1.11am after arranging for about 45 minutes and I'm tired. I'll arrange it tomorrow most probably. Family and friends would know what collections I'm refering to. I'm a sticker fanatic.. Yeah, an EXTREME sticker fan. *lol*

However, I'm not going to show and talk about my stickers today as I still need more time rearranging them into their own specified category :P and YEAH, I do have my ways in categorizing my stickers. Instead of stickers, I'm proud to present my small collection of PINGU. I'm not sure how many knows about Pingu but I love them ever since I saw them on TV during my previous sem (Year 1) breaks (previously shown on TV2, 8am).

A brief introduction of Pingu. Pingu is a Swiss animated clay penguin shown in series. Pingu is the main character and he has a sis penguin named Pinga and his friend, Seal. Pingu is a playful penguin where there's a moral story behind each series. I personally feel that Pingu is an educational program. Pingu has a signature sound "mweeek(p) mweeek(p)".

Here are some pictures of my Pingu & Pinga collection:

My Pingu wooden toy collection

Wooden toy No. 1, 3 and 4

No. 5, 6 and 7

No. 8 & 9

No. 10, each toy has their unique indication printed on the box.

(The picture was blur due to lousy photography skill and camera)

There are supposed to have 10 wooden toys for a complete collection. However, I didn't manage to get No. 2 (which was Pingu with a teddy bear) :( because it was purchased by some Pingu lover before I manage to get it. Although the wooden toys are small, they do have special parts which are movable, for instance, the wheels. This collection was funded (*lol* few years ago) mostly by my boyfriend and my sis as well as my own hard-saved pocket money. They are now kept safely inside my box which is yet to be changed as it's overflowing with my stickers :(

080808

Today is the 8th of August year 2008. Today will be the day of the official opening ceremony of the Olympics in Beijing. None the less I'll be watching it on TV. In my opinion, this is the event of the year that shouldn't be missed especially when China is hosting it. I personally think that China is always well rehearsed and prepared in their performances.

The Olympic symbol

I'm looking forward to tunning into events such as gymnastics, diving, synchronized swimming, volleyball and probably table tennis and badminton but I DEFINITELY won't be watching SOCCER!!!! *Evil LOL*

The Chinese believes that 8 is a lucky number but today, I woke up feeling moody (PMS). I don't feel LUCKY at all. I'm unhappy, I'm sick, I'm in agony as my lip was dry, I'm frustrated and I'm restless. :(

These are the questions why I'm frustrated and slightly angry: Why can't everything be equally shared? Why must I pay more than half of others? Am I being taken advantage on? Why is it always the same case? I don't see why I don't have to be calculative. :( Even my bf thinks that I'm stupid always being treated so.

I am back but I miss my home

Recently I've not been online as I was back to my hometown and was busy with LAZYING and RESTING!! *giggles* That explains why I've been MIA from my blog and even facebook. Anyway, I'll be BIA (back in action). Now that I don't have to go for classes, I certainly am not used to my current lifestyle. I feel so restless and so much is going in my mind. Sometimes I feel I'm confused and probably that's part of adapting to my new and soon-to-be life (working life).

I'm worried about getting a job in the field I've completed. Every time as I look for any vacancy, i got more disappointed each time but I will not give up. Something has to work out. :) That's life! Nothing is easy and nothing always comes in our way. Rain or shine, we'll have to go through it. Before all that, I need to learn how to write my CV. My dad even got me a book on that. Thanks dad! *muacks*

Currently, I feel so much better. My friend is talking to me again! I really appreciate it. I would say, I really miss my friends back in Uni. I do have a lot to post but I misplaced my cables :( It's a wet day today and I'm feeling bored. I have nothing to do!!! Shopping needs money so I would rather stay at home. Besides that, my bowling has improved a lil' bit since my dad and bro advised me on certain skills and fitness I must possess. Can't wait to play again soon.

I miss my dad and my sis. Even my eldest sis in Saudi! How i wish we all could stay under 1 roof. The thought of them makes me sad. Hope to see all of them soon.

I'll be back! pretty soon...
